Alternatively, you can email us at info@subatomik.co us with your order number and we will respond as soon as possible. 

International Deliveries Update
Please note that due to evolving regulatory changes we are currently unable to fulfill orders outside the United States. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate these challenging macro-economic conditions. If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact our customer service team.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Returned Mail
Please note that we cannot be solely responsible for lost, stolen, returned, or damaged mail. But we will do our best to make sure you receive your books, and will replace certain items in good faith.

Attempted Deliveries
Subatomik is not responsible for attempted deliveries that result in your package being returned. Please use the supplied tracking number to stay informed about the delivery of your package. You must contact your local post office as soon as possible to reschedule any missed deliveries, or they will return the package.
