We Ship Worldwide
Orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Domestic shipments generally arrive between 5-6 business days, priority shipping 2-3 business days. International shipping times vary depending on region, but generally arrive between 5-10 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, an email notification will be sent with available tracking information.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Returned Mail
Please note that we cannot be solely responsible for lost, stolen, returned, or damaged mail. But we will do our best to make sure you receive your books, and will replace certain items in good faith.
Attempted Deliveries
Subatomik is not responsible for attempted deliveries that result in your package being returned. Please use the supplied tracking number to stay informed about the delivery of your package. You must contact your local post office as soon as possible to reschedule any missed deliveries, or they will return the package.
International Customs, Fees, and Taxes
Any and all custom fees imposed by your local post office or government must be paid by the customer. Passage is not responsible for any packages that are returned due to unpaid custom fees or taxes imposed by non-US countries.

Please note that at this time we are unable to ship from the United States to the following countries due to various restrictions and regulations:
