Refunds
Refunds will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.

Free Returns

With our free return service, you get 30 days from receiving the package to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as they are unused, and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. We may also ask for a photo of the item(s).



1) Contact us with your order number and items you're wishing to return. Please allow 24-48 hours to respond to your inquiry.


2) Receive the return code or label via email. Wait for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to a designated service point.  



3) Lastly, wait for Subatomik to confirm receipt of your returned package.
